The full range
Industrial Design
Form, ergonomics and manufacturability worked out together, not handed off in sequence between three different people. Consumer products, tooling, automotive parts: drawn so the shape you approve is the shape that can actually be built.
Mechanical CAD
Parametric 3D models built for manufacturing from the first surface, not sketched loose and fixed later. Assemblies, tolerances, GD&T and production drawings in SolidWorks and Fusion 360, to a standard a machinist can actually work from.
Rapid Prototyping
CAD to a physical part in a day or two, which means the model gets corrected against the real object while the mistake is still cheap. Enough rounds to check fit, function and assembly before anyone commits to tooling.
3D Printing
FDM and MSLA resin printing in-house, so a design question gets answered in hours, not after a supplier's queue. Material selection, print orientation and post-processing chosen for the part's actual job, prototype or small-batch end-use.
CNC & Manufacturing Prep
CNC-ready files, DXF for sheet metal, a BOM and tolerance callouts a shop can quote from without a phone call. DFM review catches what's cheap to fix on screen and expensive to fix in metal.
Automotive Parts
Body panels, interior trim, brackets and performance components, designed to the fitment tolerances OEM parts demand, or built looser for one-off custom fabrication, whichever the project actually needs.
